Rosemary C. Salomone

Professor Rosemary C. Salomone, the Kenneth Wang Professor of Law at St. John’s University School of Law, is a leading scholar in education law, language rights, and transnational education policy. She has served as Associate Academic Dean and Director of the Center for Law and Public Policy, and is a Senior Fellow at the Vincentian Center for Church and Society.

Recent publications focus on the geopolitical role of English in academia, language rights in postcolonial contexts, and transnational education policy. Her work includes analyses of legal cases such as the Virginia Military Institute gender integration ruling and debates over single-sex schooling.
