Rose Gottemoeller serves as the William J. Perry Lecturer at Stanford University's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and as a Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution. She is based at Encina Hall on the Stanford campus and teaches and mentors students in the Ford Dorsey Master's in International Policy program and the CISAC Honors program.
Her research interests center on nuclear security, arms control, Russian relations, the NATO alliance, EU cooperation, and non-proliferation.
