Rose Ginther is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Communications at MacEwan University. She holds an MA from Athabasca University and has over 30 years of teaching experience in Arts and Cultural Management. Her administrative roles include Chair of the Arts and Cultural Management program and leadership in launching MacEwan’s Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Her research interests focus on arts advocacy, cultural policy, and educational innovation. Through Bent River Records (BRR), a university initiative she co-founded, she bridges student learning with professional music production.
