Dr. Rose CW FONG is Programme Leader for the BSc (Hons) Applied Computing (Top-Up) at Northumbria University London, teaching across IT programmes for Northumbria, Roehampton, and Ulster Universities. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she previously served as a Senior Lecturer in Hong Kong.
Her research integrates user-centered design, educational technologies, and career development frameworks. She is a certified Personality Dimension® facilitator and has conducted 150+ career development sessions.
Professional affiliations include the Hong Kong Computer Society and Hong Kong Association for Educational Communications and Technology.
