Rose Bote is an Assistant Professor in the People & Organizations Department at NEOMA Business School. Her research focuses on organizational practices in the African context, particularly examining social entrepreneurship, business ethics, and how frontline workers navigate moral ambiguities in social enterprises. She explores discretionary work, social inequalities tied to technological advancements, and the role of employees in addressing grand social challenges.
Rose has published in the Journal of Business Ethics and presented at major conferences including the Academy of Management, EGOS Colloquium, and Strategic Management Society. Her work analyzes how occupational identities form in morally complex environments and how organizational practices adapt to social agendas.
