Rose Baker is an Assistant Research Professor at the Pennsylvania State University, affiliated with the Prevention Research Center (PRC). Her research specializes in labor market data analysis, operations improvement techniques, and economic applications for workforce development. Key areas include occupational forecasting, benchmarking methodologies, evaluation of training outcomes, job task analysis, and statistical approaches to education assessment, leveraging extensive expertise in interpreting labor market trends.
As a core contributor to the PRC, Dr. Baker participates in initiatives like the 2019 Pennsylvania Youth Survey (PAYS), integrating data-driven strategies to advance prevention science and evidence-based workforce interventions.
