Rosanne Coutts

Associate Professor Rosanne Coutts serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Faculty of Health at Southern Cross University, accredited by Exercise and Sport Science Australia as both an Exercise Physiologist and Sport Scientist.

Her educational qualifications:

• BHMSc (Honours), Southern Cross University
• PhD, Southern Cross University

Her research centers on exercise efficacy across diverse populations, with key specializations in Sport Psychology, chronic illness management through exercise, holistic health and wellbeing, athletic performance optimization, muscle dysmorphia, and chronic fatigue syndrome interventions. She develops evidence-based behavioral change frameworks promoting sustainable lifestyle approaches to health.

Rosanne actively supervises higher-degree candidates including Masters, PhD, and Professional Doctorate students, with projects spanning Sport and Exercise Science and higher education curriculum development.
