Rosalyn Collings is an Associate Professor in Higher Education and Ethics at the Faculty of Education, Health, and Wellbeing, University of Wolverhampton. She serves as Head of Psychology and has held leadership roles such as Chair of the BPS Ethics Committee and member of the EFPA Ethics Board. Her career spans academic positions at the University of Stirling (2003-2009) and University of Northampton (2010-2019) prior to her current appointment.

Rosalyn's research focuses on:
- Higher Education: Student/staff experience, satisfaction, engagement, and wellbeing; peer mentoring schemes; students as partners in pedagogy.
- Clinical/Counselling Psychology: Positive Psychology (resilience, post-traumatic growth); effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury.
- Intervention Evaluation: Consultancy work on mental health programs for schools and universities.
Her recent publications examine mental health education programs, statistics anxiety, and peer mentoring impacts. Grants include the Resilient Schools Evaluation (Barnet Council) and Active Healthy Minds Evaluation (Youth Sport Trust). She supervises research into teacher resilience and psychokinetic effects while mentoring colleagues like Da Silva, Parker, and Evenden.
