Rosa Allegue

Rosa Allegue is a part-time Associate Professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid's Faculty of Economics and Business, with additional academic appointments at IE University, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and Geneva Business School. With 30 years of corporate experience as CFO and HR manager at multinational corporations (Siemens, Netjuice, Skechers), she brings extensive industry expertise to academia. She co-founded EJE&CON (Spanish Association of Executives and Board Members) to advance women in leadership positions.

Her research focuses on leader visibility, trade credit insurance, corporate finance, and human-centered business practices. Publications examine performance evaluation systems, pandemic workplace adaptation, HR certifications, and organizational narratives. Research trends show consistent focus on human factors in business, organizational resilience during crises, and leadership development frameworks.
