Dr. Ros Cameron is a Professor and Director of the Research and Innovation Office and the Centre for Organisational Change and Agility (COCA) at Torrens University. She holds a PhD in Career & Learning Transitions from Southern Cross University (2009), alongside advanced qualifications in Professional Development, Instructional Design, and Welfare Law. Her research focuses on HRM, organizational agility, AI ethics, skilled migration, and mixed methods research. She has secured over $1.3M in research grants and supervised numerous doctoral students across diverse methodologies.
