Professor Rory O'Connell is a Professor of Human Rights & Constitutional Law at Ulster University's School of Law, serving as Director of Development & Partnerships since 2023. He previously led the Transitional Justice Institute (2014-2020) and held roles in research leadership (2017-2023). His expertise spans Human Rights, Equality, Constitutional Law, and Legal Theory.
