Ronnie Brosterman

Ronnie Brosterman is a Professor of Dance and Chair of the Dance Department at Scripps College in Claremont, California. She holds a B.S. in Architecture from MIT and an M.A. in Dance from UCLA. Prior to her academic career, she performed with the Boston Ballet and co-founded Dance/LA and the Kinetikos Dance Foundation, pivotal organizations in Los Angeles concert dance development.

Her research interests include choreography, modern dance, and arts administration. She has received grants from the City of Los Angeles, California Arts Council, and National Endowment for the Arts for her choreography and producing work.
