Ronald Meijers

Ronald Meijers is an Adjunct Professor at TIAS School for Business and Society, specializing in leadership, organisational development, and strategic management. He holds a LL.M. in Law from VU Amsterdam (1985). As Chairman of ABAB Group since 2021, he combines academic expertise with extensive executive experience.

His professional career includes roles as Deloitte's Talent & Diversity Partner/CHRO (2011–2015), Executive Committee member (2011–2020), and leadership roles at Krauthammer (1989–2011). He has advised numerous boards, including Remco LTP, European Leadership Platform, and Dunamare Education Group. His teaching spans RSM Executive MBA, TIAS Strategic Leadership programs, and Cambridge University.

Research interests focus on leadership agility, organisational culture, change management, and strategy implementation. His publications address human-centric organisational practices, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Notable works include co-authoring Leadership Agility (2017) and De HX Factor (2020).

Key achievements include driving Deloitte's global purpose statement, redesigning performance management systems for Rabobank and Achmea, and leading successful employee buyouts.
