Ronald L. Mower

Ronald L. Mower is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park, within the School of Public Health. His research focuses on social injustice within sport, physical culture, and society, with publications in journals such as Sociology of Sport Journal, Leisure Sciences, and Ethnic and Racial Studies. He leads the Action Assemblage for Justice, Equity, and Peace (AAJEP), emphasizing student organizing, boundary-crossing research, and service-learning for societal impact.
