Ron Harris serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering within the College of Engineering at Michigan State University. His academic appointment is based in the Engineering Building (Room 3546) at 428 S Shaw Ln, East Lansing.
His scholarly focus spans core civil and environmental engineering disciplines with particular emphasis on:
- Geotechnical Engineering (soil mechanics, foundation design)
- Transportation Engineering (infrastructure systems, traffic flow)
- Water Resources Engineering (hydrology, sustainable water management)
