Roman Kislov

Roman Kislov is a Professor of Health Policy and Management at Manchester Metropolitan University and Director of the Centre for Decent Work and Productivity. He holds additional roles as Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Manchester and Adjunct Associate Professor at Queensland University of Technology. His research focuses on knowledge mobilisation, organisational learning, and implementation science, bridging health services research, public administration, and organisation studies.

• Deputy Theme Lead for Implementation Science in the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration Greater Manchester (NIHR ARC GM).
• Chair of the Scientific Committee for the 13th Organisational Behaviour in Health Care (OBHC) Conference (2022).

Research interests include communities of practice, boundary management, and hybrid practitioner roles. His work has been published in journals like Public Administration Review, Organization Studies, and BMJ Quality and Safety.

Previously worked as a clinician and manager in a gold mining company in Central Asia.
