Rolf Reber is a Professor at the Department of Method, Work, Cultural, and Social Psychology, University of Oslo (since 2013). He previously held academic positions at the University of Bergen (2003-2013) and served as a Visiting Professor at the University of British Columbia (2009-2010) and Assistant Research Professor at Universität Bern (2000-2003).

Recent publications examine fluency's role in educational contexts, belief formation, and perceptual processes. His collaborative projects include testing interest-enhancing methods in mathematics education under the Research Council of Norway's "Utdanning2020" program.
