Rolf Hoving

Prof. Rolf Hoving is a Professor by special appointment of Supervision of Governmental Criminal Proceedings at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Law. He holds a PhD in criminal procedure law (2017) and specializes in criminal law, evidence law, and the supervision of public prosecution and police activities. His research focuses on expert evidence, victim rights, and procedural oversight. He also serves as an academic associate at the Netherlands Public Prosecution Service, contributing to policy development and quality assurance.
