Her educational background includes a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Union University, complemented by multiple nursing licensures and professional certifications. With over 18 years of clinical leadership at HCA Tri-Star hospitals, she held critical roles including charge nurse for postpartum and newborn care, childbirth educator, and interim clinical nurse educator for women's and children services.
