Roland Fischer

Prof. Dr. Roland A. Fischer is a full Professor at the Chair of Inorganic and Metallorganic Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), affiliated with the TUM School of Natural Sciences. He is also the Academic Director of the Central Institute for Catalysis Research since 2018. His research focuses on developing multifunctional molecular materials like Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) and atomic-precise clusters for applications in energy conversion, catalysis, gas storage/separation, chemical sensing, photonics, and microelectronics.
