Rohin Borpujari

Dr. Rohin Borpujari is Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at UCL School of Management. His research investigates how organizations balance secrecy and knowledge sharing during collaborative innovation, especially in defense R&D and AI development contexts.

Using historical archives and field studies, he examines control mechanisms for proprietary knowledge in contexts like corporate M&A and technology transfer. His dissertation on the Manhattan Project received awards from AOM and EGOS.

Dr. Borpujari holds a BA in Economics from Macalester College and previously worked as a management consultant at PwC specializing in technology and telecommunications strategy.
