Rohan D'Lima is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at NEOMA Business School and a Professor of Supply Chain Management at Oregon State University since 2020. His research focuses on the influence of supply chain and operations experience in top management teams on strategic sourcing, logistics, and sustainability.
His work explores supply chain disruptions, global buyer-supplier relationships, and risk mitigation strategies. Recent publications analyze the role of foreign national directors in supply chain resilience and the impact of transparency on remanufactured goods consumption. He has presented at conferences such as EurOMA, POMS, and DSI, with a forthcoming article in the International Journal of Operations and Production Management.
