Martin C. Schleper is a Professor of Supply Chain Management and Sustainability at NEOMA Business School, France. He holds a PhD from the European Business School in Wiesbaden, Germany, and has previously worked at the Nottingham University Business School and the University of Sussex Business School in the UK. He currently serves as Co-Editor of the International Journal of Operations and Production Management since 2025 and sits on editorial review boards of several top-tier journals.
His research focuses on sustainable supply chains, ethical practices in buyer-supplier relationships, and geopolitical risks in global supply chains. Notable areas include:
