PAULRAJ Antony is a Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at NEOMA Business School. He holds a PhD in Operations Management from Cleveland State University, Ohio, USA. His expertise spans operations management, supply chain resilience, sustainable supply chains, and strategic sourcing. Prior to academia, he worked as an IT consultant for over a decade.
His research focuses on supply chain dynamics, including disruptions, ethical behavior, and environmental collaboration. Recent work addresses pharmaceutical distribution networks, governance mechanisms in disruptions, and digital integration asymmetry.
Professor Antony has published extensively in top journals such as Journal of Operations Management, Industrial Marketing Management, and International Journal of Production Economics. His teaching spans undergraduate to doctoral levels, with experience in executive training across Europe, India, and the UK.
He has collaborated with global researchers on projects involving multi-tier supply chain sustainability, coopetition strategies, and offshoring innovation. Notable works include frameworks for supply chain resilience typology and ISO 14001 certification impacts.
