Roger Colinvaux is a Professor of Law at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where he teaches Federal Income Taxation, Property, Legislation, Nonprofit Organizations, and Civil Rights courses. He served as counsel to the U.S. Congress’s Joint Committee on Taxation (2001-2008) and directed the law school’s Law and Public Policy Program (2014-2021). His expertise spans nonprofit tax law, charitable giving policy, and the intersection of law with social equity initiatives.
