Rodionova Yulia Dmitrievna is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Analysis of Enterprises and Markets (IAPR) at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), where she has been working since 2014.
