Roddy O'Donnell

Roddy O'Donnell serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Public Health and Primary Care at the University of Cambridge's School of Clinical Medicine. He holds dual appointments as a Fellow and Director of Studies for Pre-Clinical Medicine at Selwyn College, and serves as Associate Specialty Director in Medical Ethics and Law.

The integration of his PICU experience with medical education creates a distinctive approach to training future physicians in critical decision-making and ethical practice.

Professional leadership includes service on the national steering group of ATLS UK (2013-2017), Council of the Paediatric Intensive Care Society (2007-2012), and as Honorary Secretary to UK PICS (2008-2011). At Cambridge, he has supervised medical students at Selwyn College since 2011 while directing pre-clinical medical studies.
