Rocío Moriche Tirado

Dr. Rocío Moriche Tirado is a Tenured Professor at the University of Seville, specializing in Condensed Matter Physics. She holds a PhD in Structural Health Monitoring Sensors from the University of Seville (2016) and completed Master’s degrees in Advanced Materials Science and Technology, with focuses on Energy, Environment, and Surface Engineering.

Her research focuses on developing nanoreinforced multifunctional composite materials (ceramic and polymer matrix), including manufacturing, processing, structural/microstructural characterization, and property testing. She has conducted research stays at Queen Mary University of London, Stanford University, and University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria under prestigious programs like José Castillejo and Fulbright.
