PEDRO CARLOS FEIJOO GUERRO

Pedro Carlos Feijoo Guerro is a Lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) in the Department of Mathematics Applied to Industrial Engineering. He holds dual degrees in Physics and Electronics Engineering from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), where he received Extraordinary Graduation Awards for both. His career spans experimental and computational research in microelectronics, with a focus on high permittivity dielectrics, graphene transistors, and battery technology.

His research has been funded by competitive Spanish programs including FPU, Juan de la Cierva, and José Castillejo. He has collaborated with institutions such as Imec (Belgium), Aalto University (Finland), Chalmers University (Sweden), CSIC, and multiple Spanish universities. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed papers, holds 2 patents, and presented at more than 30 international conferences.
