Rocío Lopez Cabrera

Dr. Rocío Lopez Cabrera is an Assistant Professor at IÉSEG School of Management, holding dual Ph.D.s in Psychology from KU Leuven and HR Psychology from University of Seville. Her research examines workplace dynamics in nonprofits, focusing on conflicts between paid staff and volunteers, inclusive leadership, and discrimination as occupational stressor.

Recent work analyzes satisfaction drivers in hybrid NPO workforces using clustering methodologies. She developed conflict management frameworks addressing solidarity paradoxes in social organizations. Dr. Lopez Cabrera has consulted for psychosocial risk prevention firms and received recognition including a national finalist award for workplace inclusion research. She teaches negotiation, conflict resolution, and HR courses across undergraduate and graduate programs.
