Rock G. Positano holds dual roles as Associate Clinical Professor at Yale School of Public Health and faculty member at Weill Cornell Medical College, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Lenox Hill/Northwell Health. He is internationally recognized for pioneering non-surgical foot/ankle treatments and co-directs HSS's Non-Surgical Foot and Ankle Service and Joe DiMaggio Heel Pain Center. His academic work includes a thesis on Foot Health praised by Yale's Public Health faculty.

Outside academia, he serves as an executive music producer, collaborating with Grammy winners like Phil Ramone and releasing projects like the Cowsills' Rhythm of the World.
