Rochelle Spencer is an Associate Professor in Development Studies and Sustainability at Murdoch University's School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences. As a founding interim co-director of the Indo-Pacific Research Centre, she leads interdisciplinary research on socio-economic development, human security, and governance in the Indo-Pacific region. She also serves as Co-Director of the Research for Development Impact network and contributes to academic discourse as a Deputy Editor for Development in Practice journal.
