Rocco Caira is a lecturer at the University of Deusto's Bilbao campus. He teaches courses in Commercial Law, European Law, Legal Context, and International Negotiations in English on undergraduate and postgraduate programs including the BA in Business Administration, Modern Languages and Management, MBA, and EIBM.
- Ph.D in International Relations and Public International Law from the University of the Basque Country
- BA in Law from Trinity College, Dublin
His research focus combines legal studies with international relations, particularly examining commercial law frameworks and European legal systems. He has been practicing law professionally in Bilbao since 1994, maintaining an active legal career alongside his academic work.
