Rocco Caira

Rocco Caira is a Lecturer at the University of Deusto's Bilbao campus. He holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and Public International Law from the University of the Basque Country and a BA in Law from Trinity College, Dublin. His teaching focuses on Commercial Law, European Law, Legal Context, and International Negotiations, delivered in English across BA programs in Business Administration, Modern Languages and Management, as well as MBA and EIBM courses.

Research interests center on law and international relations, with publications in these areas. He has maintained a parallel career as a practicing lawyer in Bilbao since 1994.
