Dr Robyn Moffitt is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology at Deakin University, with appointments in the Faculty of Health and the SEED - Lifespan Strategic Research Centre. She serves as Course Director for the fourth-year H452 Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and H650 Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) programs.

Dr Moffitt's research spans clinical psychology, mental health, and public health with a focus on compassion-based interventions for chronic illness management, perinatal health, and body image. Her work applies acceptance and compassion-based approaches (ACT, CFT) to special populations including perinatal women and elite athletes. Key areas include self-compassion, self-criticism, perfectionism, and emotion regulation.
