Dr. Robin Schulze Waltrup is a Researcher in the Department of Politics and Society at Bielefeld University's Faculty of Sociology. He holds a PhD in Sociology from Bielefeld University (2023) and specializes in German and transnational social policy, with a focus on climate change responses, global challenges, and eco-social policy frameworks. His research explores the intersections of environmental sustainability, social equity, and global governance structures. He currently serves as a Research Associate in the 'German and Transnational Social Policy' working group led by Prof. Kaasch, following roles in the RTG 'World Politics' and a visiting research stint at the University of Leeds' Sustainability Research Institute (2022-2023).
