Robin DeBruyne

Robin DeBruyne serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife within the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources. Concurrently, he works as an Ecologist at the USGS Great Lakes Science Center, focusing on freshwater ecosystem dynamics in the Great Lakes region.

His research spans Ecology and Fisheries Science with specialized emphasis on Wildlife Management in aquatic environments. His work integrates field studies of Aquatic Ecosystems with conservation strategies for Great Lakes Research, addressing habitat preservation and species population dynamics.

As an active researcher at the USGS Great Lakes Science Center, he contributes to federal ecological monitoring programs while mentoring students through his academic appointment. His dual affiliation bridges university research with federal resource management initiatives.
