Robin Clayton is a Lecturer in Optometry and Vision Science at the School of Applied Sciences, University of Huddersfield. He joined the university in 2019 and serves as Director of Clinics for the new University Eye Clinic. His career spans clinical practice in high-street optometry and NHS trusts, alongside academic roles.

His research focuses on visual perception and binocular vision, with current work examining stereoacuity development through practice.
