Roberto Sagredo is a Professor of constitutional and indigenous law at the University of O’Higgins in Chile, where he has taught since 2019. He holds an LL.B. from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2017) and was admitted to the Chilean Supreme Court in 2018. Currently pursuing an LL.M. at UC Irvine Law, he focuses on U.S. legal pedagogy and intercultural exchange. His research emphasizes Indigenous legal frameworks, strategic litigation in human rights, and treaty-making between Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations. He collaborates with the National University of Córdoba on cross-border online courses and engages in private practice in family law.
