Roberto Flor is an Associate Professor in Criminal Law at the Department of Legal Sciences, University of Verona. Specializing in Cybercrime Law, AI ethics in criminal contexts, and digital forensics, he has held visiting researcher positions at Max-Planck-Gesellschaft and institutions in Europe/USA. He leads collaborative protocols between the university and Italian Prosecutor's Offices on digital forensics and chairs the Veneto Regional Section of the Italian Society for Intelligence. His research focuses on cyber-security, AI’s legal implications, and protecting fundamental rights in technological investigations.
