Roberta Pittore

Roberta Pittore is a Senior Lecturer in Managerial Communication at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Her expertise focuses on how communication shapes teamwork, leadership perceptions, and organizational decision-making. She emphasizes persuasive messaging design and negotiation techniques in her teaching. Pittore mentors student teams in global consulting projects across Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand, Turkey, Brazil, Colombia, and China, and leads Study Tours to regions including South Korea, Brazil, Mongolia, Argentina, Chile, and Israel.
