Roberta M Farrah

Roberta M Farrah is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy since 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Farrah completed a specialty pharmacy residency in Primary Care at the William S. Middleton Veterans Hospital. She practices as an outpatient clinical specialist in family medicine and coordinates courses PHARM 5229 Pulmonology and PHARM 5328 Rheumatology. She is Director of the PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program at UPMC St. Margaret, where she also participates in educating medical and pharmacy residents.

Her expertise spans Family Medicine, Ambulatory Care, and Pharmacotherapy. She is dual Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and Ambulatory Care, reflecting her clinical and academic contributions.
