Roberta Bulla is a Full Professor of General Pathology (MED/04) at the University of Trieste, leading the Reproductive and Tumor Immunology research group within the Department of Life Sciences. Her affiliations include:

- Member of the Departmental Council
- Member of the PhD College in Molecular Biomedicine (XXX-XXXVII cycles)
- Collaborator with IRCCS Burlo Garofolo
She obtained her National Scientific Qualification for Full Professor in sector 06/A2 and earned a PhD in Experimental and Clinical Pathology from the University of Trieste.

- Reproductive Immunology: Mechanisms of embryo implantation, pre-eclampsia, and endometriosis
- Tumor Biology: Alternative roles of complement in malignant pleural mesothelioma progression
- Vascular Pathology: Angioedema, chronic wounds, and endothelial dysfunction
