Robert Ullmann

Prof. Dr. Robert Ullmann serves as Full Professor and Chair of Business Taxation at the University of Augsburg's Faculty of Business Administration and Economics. His position places him at the forefront of tax research and education within the Institute of Business Administration, where he leads a substantial research team including numerous research assistants and doctoral candidates.

Professor Ullmann's research spans several critical areas in contemporary taxation: international corporate taxation, tax planning strategies, transfer pricing mechanisms, accounting quality and policy frameworks, tax evasion detection methods, and advanced audit technologies. His methodological approach combines empirical analysis using Tax Data Analytics with normative-analytical examination of tax law norms, current legislation, and case law.
