Robert Rick Selby

Dr. Robert Rick Selby is Professor of Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California, serving as Director of the Liver Transplantation Program and Chief of Hepatobiliary and Pancreas Surgery. His clinical expertise includes liver/kidney transplantation, hepatobiliary surgery, and pancreatic cancer treatment. Research focuses on transfusion-free surgery, neuroendocrine tumors, and cholangiocarcinoma.

With over 45 trained transplant surgeons worldwide, Dr. Selby established USC's liver transplant program in 1995. His publications address surgical outcomes in complex cases and transplantation policies.
