Robert Rhoads

Robert Rhoads is a Professor of Education in the Higher Education and Organizational Change Division at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Graduate School of Education and Information Studies. He serves as Director of the Globalization and Higher Ed Research Center, focusing on comparative studies of higher education systems in China and the United States.
