Robert Miller

Dr. Robert Miller is an Associate Professor of Religious Studies at Mount Saint Mary College, where he teaches courses such as Old Testament, New Testament, and Theology and Film. He holds a PhD from The Catholic University of America, an MA from Seton Hall University, and a BA from the University of Scranton. His research focuses on biblical theology, John’s Gospel, Mariology, and typology. Dr. Miller is a Senior Fellow at the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology and a board member of the Ecumenical Society of the Blessed Virgin Mary - USA. His work explores topics such as biblical interpretation, Marian theology, and liturgical themes like Holy Saturday. He actively contributes to his parish through RCIA coordination and adult education programs. Dr. Miller also advises the college’s golf team.

His publications include analyses of John 2:4a, Mariological connections in scripture, and theological reflections on Dei Verbum. Presentations include discussions on the Saint John’s Bible at Mount Saint Mary College. His writings span academic journals and poetry, blending scholarly rigor with spiritual expression.
