Robert Maher

Robert Maher is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Richard Bland College. He holds a B.S. in Business Management (Old Dominion University, 1974), an M.S. in Information Systems and Emerging Technologies (Virginia Commonwealth University, 2007), and an M.A. in Human Resources (George Washington University, 1990).

His professional experience spans 27 years at Philip Morris USA (Altria) in Richmond, VA, with roles including Software Development Project Manager, Lead IT Systems Auditor, and IT Budget Manager. He has taught Computer Science and Networking at Bryant & Stratton College (6 years) and J Sargeant Reynolds Community College (10 years). He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
