Robert M McCarron

Robert M. McCarron, DO, DFAPA, FAIHM is a Professor at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry & Human Behavior. He serves as Director of Education for the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute, Associate Dean for Continuing Medical Education, Founding Director of the UC Irvine Train New Trainers (TNT) Primary Care Fellowships, and Director of the Health Education to Advance Leaders in Integrative Medicine (HEAL-IM) program.

• Research Focus: Integrated care models, psychiatric residency training, opioid prescription practices, telepsychiatry, and preventive health services utilization for serious mental illness.
