Miyun Kang, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Yale University, affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. She graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine (2001) and completed her adult psychiatry residency at Yale (2002–2005). Her clinical expertise focuses on PTSD management among veterans, telepsychiatry, and compassionate care. Dr. Kang holds leadership roles as an Associate Program Director for the Yale Psychiatry Residency Program (since 2022) and has contributed to regional/national VA educational initiatives like the ECHO seminar series and Schwartz Center Rounds.
